BairesDev is seeking a Backend Engineer focused on Kotlin to design and maintain scalable server-side applications within the JVM. You’ll be a key technical contributor, building robust microservices with Kotlin, Spring Boot, and PostgreSQL in a modern, distributed system.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on JVM-based backend development.
• Deep expertise in Kotlin for building microservices and distributed systems.
• Proven experience with Spring Boot and its integration with Kotlin.
• Strong proficiency in data persistence using Spring Data JPA and PostgreSQL.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for asynchronous messaging and event-driven architecture.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
