NICE is seeking a Specialist Cloud Network Engineer to provide technical assistance to the Cloud Networking Team, coordinating the design, deployment, operation and maintenance of the customer cloud hosted network and security infrastructure, and resolving customer issues requiring direct access to network and security systems.

The role requires advanced English, 3+ years of experience in network & security infrastructure, and expertise with AWS and Palo Alto.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency (B2 or higher)
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing Network & Security Infrastructure
• Experience with Palo Alto and Cisco firewalls for ACL/NAT/VPN
• Experience deploying and supporting a production multi-tenant architecture

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and participate in the design, deployment, operation and maintenance of NICE's customer cloud hosted network and security infrastructure
• Provide technical assistance to the NICE Cloud Networking Team and resolve customer issues
• Work with AWS cloud services and security devices (Palo Alto, Cisco, F5)
• Design and test network and security infrastructure including VPN, WAN, routers, switches and firewalls
