Mastercard is seeking an Associate Specialist in HR Services in Bogotá to manage end-to-end recruiting support, onboarding coordination, and stakeholder inquiries. You will help drive a high-quality candidate experience and ensure adherence to HR processes. The role emphasizes data integrity and compliance within a fast-paced global team.

The position sits within the GBSC and collaborates with cross-functional partners to optimize HR operations and deliver a priceless employee experience.

Have you supported an employee population resolving inquiries related to HR policies, processes, programs and systems? This position helps administer HR life cycle inquiries and transaction services as it relates to the new hire life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition Operations Execution
  • Deliver end-to-end support across the recruiting lifecycle, including:
  • o Interview scheduling (including complex and high-volume coordination)
  • o Candidate communication and inquiry management
  • o Offer creation and onboarding process support
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a consistent and high-quality candidate experience
• Candidate & Stakeholder Experience
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidate and stakeholder inquiries
  • Provide timely, accurate, and professional responses aligned with service level expectations
  • Communicate processes clearly to candidates and employees, reinforcing a “priceless employee experience”
• New Hire Lifecycle Support
  • Support hiring processes from interview stage through onboarding
  • Coordinate activities to ensure smooth transitions and minimize delays
