ToolsGroup is seeking an Associate Software Engineer in Colombia to contribute to a cloud-first supply chain platform. You will work on front-end and back-end components, gain real-world software development experience, and be mentored by experienced engineers in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

Ideal candidates are early in their careers, with a strong C# foundation, willingness to learn, and good communication skills to engage with Product and UX teams.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong C# skills and foundational programming knowledge.
• Willingness to learn new tools and technologies in a cloud-first environment.
• Proactive communicator with ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Experience with source control and automated testing is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Write clean, tested code using Python, C#, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Develop software components in a cloud-native Azure environment.
• Assist in estimates, planning, and testing for smaller projects.
• Contribute to documentation and code reviews.
• Collaborate with Product Management and UX to ensure high product quality.
• Learn and apply core software engineering fundamentals, including debugging and performance.
• Support on-call incidents when needed.
