Zydus Lifesciences invites applications for an Assistant/ Deputy Manager in Central Quality, based at Ahmedabad. The role focuses on reviewing QMS documents, preparing action-oriented reports, and coordinating with QA leadership to close gaps with proper documentation.

The candidate will analyze trends, identify systemic improvements, and support training and SOP updates. The role requires strong documentation and cross-functional collaboration within a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

Responsabilidades

• Overview of site QMS documents as per SOP “Overview of QualityManagement system documents by CQ” to verify its adequacy and completeness.
• To prepare a report with appropriate categorizations and scalingof all actionable observations.
• To discuss the gaps identified during review with site SME / QAHead / Lead Central Quality (LCQ) / Head Technical Operation (HTO) forresolution.
• Review of site compliance report as applicable and follow upsfor adequate closure through appropriate supporting documents from site.
• Trendanalysis of observation for identification of systemic areas for improvement.
• Identify specific areas of improvement based on emerging trends and provide /organize training to the site as and when required.
• To prepare monthly reports and participatein departmental meeting.
• To present summary of observations to Lead Central Quality (LCQ) / Head Technical Operation(HTO) and management on periodic basis.
• To identify and escalatissues to management for compliance and support.
• To assist in preparation / revision of Corporate SOPs,Guidelines & Policies when required.
• Soft copy data management of reviewed documents.
• Anyadditional activity assigned by HOD / Management.
