Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Analyst: Procurement Analytics & Insights - GLOBAL to join our Global Procurement COE. This role partners with Category Managers and Corporate Finance to transform data into strategic insights and drive EBITDA savings across the enterprise.

You will harmonize data from SAP/Oracle and Coupa/Ariba, build BI dashboards, and validate savings with Finance while communicating with executive stakeholders in English.

Formación

• 7 to 10 years of experience in procurement analytics, financial analysis, management consulting, or business intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), and data manipulation tools (Python, R, or advanced Excel/VBA).
• Direct experience working with enterprise ERP/P2P data structures (Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, SAP Ariba).
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills with executive presentation experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related quantitative field (Master's preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Harmonize and structure spend data: Cleanse, model, and consolidate raw transactional data across ERPs (SAP, Oracle) and P2P platforms (Coupa, Ariba, ServiceNow) into a single source of truth.
• Automate dashboards and advanced analytics: Design and manage intuitive BI dashboards, leveraging emerging AI tools and data pipelines to track core KPIs, cycle times, and predictive modeling.
• Identify savings and category opportunities: Conduct deep-dive spend analyses to uncover tail-spend consolidation, volume leverage, and actionable sourcing pipeline priorities.
• Validate EBITDA savings with Finance: Partner hand-in-hand with Corporate Finance and FP&A to audit, reconcile, and align realized cost reductions with business unit budgets.

As a key member of our Global Procurement Center of Excellence, you'll have the opportunity to transform complex enterprise data into strategic insights that drive impactful business decisions.
