Job summary

Ascendion seeks a Senior AI Enterprise Software Engineer to help expand a next‑gen Personal AI solution into the enterprise market. You will build backend infrastructure, enterprise integrations, and scalable services powering AI‑driven applications in secure environments.

You are a hands‑on engineer with strong backend development and system architecture experience, capable of delivering complex solutions while leveraging AI‑assisted tools to accelerate engineering workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building enterprise platforms.
• Strong hands-on programming with Kotlin, Rust, Java, Go, or Python.

This is an exciting opportunity to help build the backend infrastructure, enterprise integrations, and scalable services that power AI-driven applications in secure, enterprise-grade environments. The ideal candidate is a highly technical, hands-on engineer with strong backend development and system architecture experience, who can independently deliver complex solutions while leveraging modern AI-assisted development tools to accelerate engineering workflows.

Required Qualifications:
