Job summary

Slalom is seeking an Architect-level Solution Owner to lead large development pods within agile delivery practices. You’ll act as project expert, collaborate with Product Owners, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software and AI-enabled solutions on time and budget.

You’ll define governance, manage risks, and communicate status to clients, while partnering with engineering leaders to validate technical approaches and ensure alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Several years of product/project/program management using Agile methodologies.
• Experience leading delivery teams and managing risks.
• Ability to define requirements and write user stories.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfort working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project governance (e.g., cadence, Scrum ceremonies).
• Work with Product Owners to define the product, identify requirements, and write user stories for engineering teams.
• Lead delivery teams, manage issues and risks, facilitate meetings, provide status updates.
• Collaborate with engineering leaders to validate the technical approach, strategy, and deliverables.
• Prepare and deliver client-facing presentations and artifacts.
