A global healthcare company in Colombia is seeking an AP Accountancy Support intern. The role involves assisting the AP team with monitoring invoices, SAP document follow-up, and supporting local reports. Ideal candidates are SENA students who are reliable, precise, and can work well in a team. Good communication skills are essential. This position is hybrid, offering a blend of in-office and remote work.

Position Targets

Support AP accountancy team on the following tasks:

• SAP Documents follow-up
  • Pending approvals on WHT countries (or any other decided by Head)
  • Missing invoices on ICC importations
  • Open infoproviders on countries developing VIM culture
  • Blocked dunning invoices with price & quantity discrepancies
  • Critical invoices to be monitored in accountants’ templates (Downpayments, pending approvals, credit notes, etc.)
• FEBA postings on bank fees into BBVA & BCP vendor accounts
• Propose open items cleansing to AP accountant in charge of Peru
• Follow-up of missing bank fees invoices in VIM
• Support Head, BPC & Senior on reports and presentations to local teams
• Project: Mapping of active infocodes per CC in scope of SSC AP team
• Project: Create role responsibilities manual
• Alternative: OCR Back-up
