Job summary

Iron Mountain in Bogotá or Mexico seeks a senior analyst to join the Global Procurement COE as a Procurement Analytics & Insights expert. You will transform complex enterprise data into strategic insights to drive decisions and collaborate with Category Managers and Corporate Finance.

The role focuses on harmonizing spend data from SAP, Oracle, Coupa and Ariba, building dashboards, identifying savings, and validating EBITDA with Finance to support budget alignment.

Qualifications

• 7 to 10 years of experience in procurement analytics, financial analysis, management consulting, or business intelligence.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik), and data manipulation tools (Python, R, or advanced Excel/VBA).
• Direct experience with ERP/P2P data structures (Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, SAP Ariba).

Responsibilities

• Harmonize and structure spend data across ERPs (SAP, Oracle) and P2P platforms into a single source of truth.
• Automate dashboards and advanced analytics to track KPIs, cycle times, and predictive modeling.
• Identify savings and category opportunities through deep-dive spend analyses.
• Validate EBITDA savings with Finance and align with budgets.
