Job summary

Lincoln Electric in Bogotá, Colombia seeks an EHS Analyst to support the implementation and continuous improvement of our Environmental, Health & Safety programs. You will promote a safe workplace, ensure regulatory compliance, and support SG-SST activities.

Responsibilities include conducting safety inspections, risk assessments, maintaining EHS records, and coordinating medical examinations. A SST license and 2+ years of SST/EHS experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field.
• Active SST license required.
• 2+ years SST/EHS experience.
• Experience supporting SG-SST programs.
• Knowledge of Colombian EHS regulations.
• Experience conducting safety inspections and risk assessments.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation and continual improvement of EHS management systems.
• Maintain compliance with local EHS regulations and internal standards.
• Conduct workplace safety inspections and follow up on corrective actions.
• Participate in hazard identification, risk assessments, and control verification.
• Support SG-SST administrative processes.
• Maintain EHS records, procedures, and documentation.
• Coordinate occupational medical examinations.
• Support environmental management and ISO 14001 activities.
• Promote safety culture through employee engagement and training.
• Assist with incident investigations and tracking of action plans.
