Nubank in Bogotá, Colombia seeks an AML/CFT Ops Analyst to join the Onsite Ops Defense team. You will investigate transactional alerts from our AML monitoring system, decide on suspicious activity, and build case files for regulators and auditors, directly impacting how Nubank detects financial crime.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of AML experience (transaction monitoring, PEPs, sanctions, or investigations).
• Experience with crypto, blockchain analytics, or crypto-related transactions.
• Familiarity with transaction monitoring systems and case management tools.
• Strong data analysis interest (SQL, Python).
• Advanced Spanish and advanced English with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze transactional alerts from AML monitoring system to identify suspicious activity, including crypto flows.
• Investigate AML cases end to end and prepare complete investigation files.
• Document rationale and decisions for regulatory/audit scrutiny.
• Tune monitoring scenarios, thresholds, and operational routines.
• Own decisions grounded in AML policy and regulatory requirements.
• Build metrics and KPIs to measure regulatory adherence of monitoring.
• Collaborate with AML Governance and cross-functional teams to implement scalable solutions.
