Outlier is seeking a QA Coder to review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and craft clear CS prompts from anywhere in Latin America. The role is a freelance 1099 contract with flexible hours and project-based work, including incentives based on performance.

You will contribute to training AI models by flagging issues, scoring outputs, and writing interview questions that test programming fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required or higher.
• Experience contributing to a live production codebase is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong attention to detail in grammar, punctuation and style.
