IQVIA is seeking a Centralized Monitoring Lead for LATAM with a remote-first model. You will lead the Centralized Monitoring team, collaborate with project and clinical leads, and manage global study metrics. Strong leadership, communication skills, and regulatory knowledge are essential.

Responsibilities include overseeing risk management, mentoring staff, and contributing to analytics strategy while ensuring compliance with ICH GCP and company SOPs across multiple projects.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field required.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical monitoring experience (remote or on-site CRA).
• At least 2 years in a Lead role with demonstrated leadership and oversight.
• Strong written and verbal English communication is mandatory.
• Ability to manage multiple global projects and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Centralized Monitoring team and partner with project and clinical leads to achieve study objectives.
• Oversee clinical deliverables, risk management, and regulatory compliance per ICH GCP and SOPs.
• Mentor junior staff and drive continuous process improvements across global projects.
• Develop analytics strategy and contribute to RBM tools and templates.
• Prepare study management plans and ensure complete documentation for audits.
