adidas Colombia is seeking a Software Engineer I for AI & Business Solutions to design, develop, test, deploy and support technology solutions that drive business value across adidas. You will work under senior engineers to translate business needs into technical deliverables and collaborate with product and technology teams.

Qualifications include a four-year degree in CS/IT/Engineering, at least 3 years IT experience, proficiency in at least one programming language, and strong English

Formación

• Four-year college degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Engineering/Business Admin.
• At least 3 years IT experience, incl. software engineering or app development.
• Experience with at least one programming language and software development tools.
• Solid knowledge of SDLC, testing, integration, release, and Agile delivery.
• Ability to document requirements and work with guidance.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient spoken and written English.

Responsabilidades

• Elicit, analyze, and document requirements; participate in discovery and workshops.
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.
• Design, code, test, and document moderately complex applications and components.
• Contribute to secure, maintainable, and scalable software solutions.
• Support testing, deployment, and early-life production support.
• Collaborate with business, product, and technology stakeholders.
