FullStack Labs, Inc. is seeking an Agentic Software Engineer (GitHub Copilot) to join a product team and deliver AI-assisted software for clients. You will work remotely from Colombia and collaborate across frontend, backend, and infrastructure to build production-ready, AI-enabled solutions.

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep experience with full-stack architectures (e.g., Java, Python, C#, React, Node).
• Experience using GitHub Copilot as a primary development environment.
• Production software where AI generates the majority of implementation code.
• Strong context engineering: structuring codebases, specs, docs for AI output.
• Translate complex product requirements into machine-executable AI specs.
• Design AI-first development workflows from spec to deployment.
• Improve AI output through structured iteration and feedback loops.
• Proficient across frontend, backend, and infrastructure in AI-accelerated environments.
• Human-in-the-loop review with risk-adjusted validation.
• Advanced English is required.
• Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week.
