We are seeking a senior architect who will own enterprise data pipelines and analytics architectures, drive AI/ML integrations, and lead cross-functional teams in a hybrid/remote Eastern time zone environment.

Formación

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Math, or related technical discipline; with ten years of IT experience and at least four years specialized experience, a degree may not be required.
• Minimum of 10 years of leading system architecture of complex Data Pipeline and Analytics systems on the cloud.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI/ML technologies (e.g., generative AI, LLMs, or model orchestration) within enterprise-scale architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Own and govern enterprise data pipeline and analytics architecture, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Develop technical designs, product and vendor selections, and reference architectures for enterprise data solutions.
• Lead AI/ML governance, model orchestration, and secure data solutions across PHI/PII and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with the Chief Architect and other stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
• Mentor teams, coach through agile practices, and drive adoption of DevSecOps and DataOps methodologies.
• Maintain governance across AI lifecycle, including policy management, risk assessment, and audit logging.
