Provectus is seeking a Solution Owner to join our Delivery team in Colombia and Costa Rica. You will sit between clients and engineers, own a slice of scope, and drive next steps with minimal guidance.

You started technical and have moved toward the business side, or are ready to do so, with a knack for automating your work using AI tools. You will run discovery, frame use cases, translate requirements, groom backlogs, and build reusable artifacts for faster future engagements.

Formación

• 2–4 years total professional experience in software, data, or ML engineering.
• At least 1 year in product, delivery, or client-facing roles such as Product Owner or Delivery Lead.
• Daily use of GenAI tools in your workflow with concrete examples.

Responsabilidades

• Own a defined slice of a client engagement from framing to backlog, release, and results.
• Run discovery sessions with client stakeholders and turn insights into written scope.
• Translate technical constraints into business language and vice versa.
• Maintain a groomed backlog with sized, technically specific stories and drive sprints.
• Prototype rapidly on live client data using our delivery stack and AI tools.
