Keyrus is seeking an AI Business Value Advisor to identify where AI can deliver meaningful business impact, shape transformation opportunities, and ensure intelligent solutions align with operational priorities and measurable outcomes. You’ll collaborate with business leaders, AI Engineers, Architects, and delivery teams to translate complex business challenges into actionable AI initiatives.

Location: Mexico & Colombia, Senior, Remote.

Formación

• Senior business consultant with deep industry expertise and practical AI understanding.
• 8+ years of professional experience in a defined industry or function.
• Experience leading discovery, process redesign, and stakeholder workshops.

Responsabilidades

• Lead business discovery workshops with executives and teams to identify AI opportunities.
• Analyze and redesign business processes, decision flows and operating models.
• Build and prioritize AI use-case portfolios based on feasibility, value and adoption readiness.
• Define business cases, KPIs, expected benefits, and measurable success criteria.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements and roadmaps for technical teams.
• Guide stakeholders through implementation, monitoring adoption and outcomes.

What you'll architect

As an AI Business Value Advisor, you'll identify where AI can deliver meaningful business impact, shape transformation opportunities, and ensure intelligent solutions remain aligned with operational priorities and measurable outcomes.

You'll collaborate with business leaders, AI Engineers, Architects, and delivery teams to translate complex business challenges into actionable AI initiatives.

Your responsibilities

• Lead business discovery workshops with executives and operational teams to identify challenges, inefficiencies, and AI opportunities.
• Analyze and redesign business processes, decision flows, and operating models.
• Build and prioritize AI use-case portfolios based on feasibility, business value, risk, and adoption readiness.
• Define business cases, KPIs, expected benefits, and measurable success criteria.
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, process designs, and adoption roadmaps for technical teams.
• Guide stakeholders throughout implementation, monitoring adoption and validating business outcomes.

Who you are

You're a senior business consultant or industry specialist who combines deep domain expertise with a practical understanding of AI. You can challenge assumptions, navigate complex stakeholder environments, and translate business problems into measurable opportunities without needing to own the technical implementation.

What you bring

Experience

• 8+ years of professional experience with deep expertise in a defined industry or business function.
• Strong background in business consulting, digital transformation, operational improvement, or business strategy.
• Proven experience leading business discovery, process redesign, and stakeholder workshops.
• Experience identifying, prioritizing, and translating business opportunities into measurable transformation initiatives.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Technical skills

• Practical understanding of GenAI, AI agents, RAG, automation, and enterprise AI applications.
• Business process mapping, operating-model design, and requirements gathering.
• AI use-case identification, prioritization frameworks, and business value assessment.
• KPI definition, business case development, and value measurement.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable roadmaps for technical and delivery teams.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI operating models, Human in Command principles, or AI governance.
• Knowledge of value realization, financial modeling, or benefits management.
• Experience in regulated or operationally complex industries.
• Experience supporting pre-sales discovery, executive advisory, or consulting engagements.
