RemoteVA PH is looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Admin Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, quick to understand tasks, and possess excellent English communication skills—both written and verbal. You will handle a variety of administrative duties including data entry, email correspondence, and vendor coordination.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, values accuracy, and can work independently while managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized spreadsheets using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Manage email communications — respond promptly and professionally to internal and external inquiries
  • Assist with quote requests, vendor communications, and basic purchasing coordination
  • Support day‑to‑day operations with various administrative and clerical tasks
  • Ensure records and documents are properly managed, updated, and accessible
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and task completion
Requirements & Qualifications
