Are you ready to make an impact and lead projects across the insurance world?

As an Actuarial Project Manager / Manager within the Professional Services team, you will play a key role in leading and delivering implementation projects of Addactis software solutions across Latin America. You will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensure quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction while foster collaboration between local and international teams — particularly with our offices in the Iberian Peninsula and the Product & Technology teams in France.

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Project Leadership: Lead software implementation projects (IFRS 17, Solvency II, Life & Non-Life actuarial modeling, pricing, and reserving). Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with client expectations and Addactis standards.
• Client Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, building trusted relationships and providing strategic guidance.
• Team Management: Supervise and mentor consultants. Ensure effective coordination, workload balance, and professional development within your team.
• Methodology & Quality Assurance: Promote best practices in project management, implementation methodology, and quality assurance processes.
• Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery models, internal processes, and cross-office collaboration.
• Business Development Support: Work closely with the sales and pre-sales teams to identify new opportunities, participate in RFPs, and help shape solution proposals for clients.
