Bechtel Chile seeks a Water Process Engineering Group Supervisor with extensive water treatment knowledge, including desalination and ultra-pure water. You will lead a discipline, estimate staffing, plan deliverables, and coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

The role requires coordination with Bechtel offices in Houston and New Delhi, and meetings are conducted in English.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• 12+ years of relevant design experience in water treatment.
• Full professional fluency in Spanish and English.
• Previous site experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop, and direct the work and activities of the discipline.
• Coordinate engineering efforts between groups, client, suppliers and contractors.
• Provide technical leadership over engineers or subgroups.
• Prepare conceptual studies, designs, reports or proposals.
• Prepare cost estimates and staffing requirements for proposals and forecasts.
• Review the work of subordinate engineers.
• Foster transparency, trust, and teamwork within the team.
• Participate in risk workshops, HAZOP, maintainability, constructability.
