Mastercard in Santiago is seeking a Technical Account Manager for Payment Gateway Services to manage all technical and operational customer relationships and serve as the primary contact for related matters.

You will collaborate with internal delivery teams, understand customers’ technology stacks, drive pre-sales, solution development, and regular reviews to ensure secure, scalable gateway integration. Strong communication and multilingual capabilities are highly valued.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience in the payments industry is preferred.
• Multilingual with English essential; Portuguese/Spanish desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical guidance and support during Payment Gateway integration.
• Assist customers with end-to-end integration across systems and products.
• Address incidents, production issues, or technical inquiries promptly.
• Keep customers informed about rule changes, products, tools, and services.
• Conduct regular technical and operational reviews for performance.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and Mastercard mandates.
• Collaborate with sales and business teams to onboard opportunities.
