Stantec in Santiago, Chile, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support growing hiring needs across LATAM and lead standardized, data-driven recruiting initiatives.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment for professional, technical, and leadership roles, develop sourcing strategies, and drive BrassRing adoption with performance metrics in Power BI. Collaboration with stakeholders will be essential to build pipelines and improve processes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, mining, infrastructure, environmental, or consulting organizations is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms, preferably BrassRing.

The purpose of this role is to add capacity that will support current hiring demand while contributing to the development of a standardized, data-driven, technology-enabled Regional Talent Acquisition function, positioned to support Stantec's future growth across LATAM.

Key responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in Talent Acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for engineering, mining, infrastructure, environmental, or consulting organizations is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms, preferably BrassRing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Excel, Teams, SharePoint).
• Experience using talent acquisition metrics and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Familiarity with AI-powered tools, including Microsoft Copilot.
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal.
