L’Oréal is seeking a Supply Planner to ensure product availability by designing weekly and monthly purchase plans and managing replenishment parameters. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing and international hubs to optimize service levels and support S&OP processes.

You will coordinate local co-packing, monitor stock levels, perform root-cause analysis on stockouts, and align with Sales, Marketing, Customer Care and plants worldwide.

Formación

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in SAP/APO, Power BI and advanced Excel.
• Fluency in English for global collaboration.

A Day in the Life

As a Supply Planner, you will ensure product availability by managing weekly and monthly purchase plans and replenishment parameters. Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, and international hubs, you will optimize service levels and drive local S&OP processes.

• Supply Planning & Replenishment: Design weekly/monthly purchase plans and manage replenishment parameters.
• Performance & Analysis: Monitor service levels, track orders, and perform root-cause analysis on stockouts.
• Transversal Collaboration: Coordinate local co-packing and actively participate in local S&OP processes.
• Stakeholder Connection: Align with Sales, Marketing, Customer Care, and international plants.

We Are Looking For

• An experienced professional with a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to manage complex data.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for global and local collaboration.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/APO), Power BI, and advanced Excel.
• Fluency in English for frequent interaction with global hubs and plants.
