VML, part of WPP, seeks a Social Content Strategist to lead social media and content strategy for client brands. You will design platform-specific content ecosystems, manage digital communities, and leverage social listening to guide decisions.

You’ll collaborate with planning, creativity, accounts, design and performance teams, integrating AI tools to optimize research and content production in a hybrid work environment.

Más que un Community Manager, necesitamos a un estratega capaz de traducir conversaciones, tendencias, datos y comportamiento digital en planes de contenido que impacten en la marca y el negocio.

Responsabilidades del cargo:

• Liderar la estrategia de Social Media y Content de cliente, desde la identificación de insights culturales hasta la planificación editorial.
• Diseñar ecosistemas de contenido por plataforma y gestionar comunidades digitales con un enfoque estratégico.
• Moverse entre la estrategia y la ejecución, utilizando herramientas de social listening y search intelligence para fundamentar decisiones.
• Analizar métricas para optimizar de forma continua el desempeño de los canales, traduciendo datos en recomendaciones accionables.
• Integrar herramientas de inteligencia artificial para optimizar tiempos de investigación, análisis y generación de contenido.
• Trabajar de manera colaborativa con los equipos de planning, creatividad, cuentas, diseño y performance.

El perfil que buscamos:

• Curioso/a, analítico/a y con criterio estratégico. Alguien con la capacidad de transformar datos en ideas y utilizar el social media como fuente de información para la construcción de marca.
• Experiencia sólida en estrategia de contenido, gestión de plataformas sociales y análisis de datos.
• Manejo de herramientas de ecosistema digital y medición, tales como: Brandwatch, Talkwalker, Meltwater, AnswerThePublic, AlsoAsked, Google Trends, TikTok Creative Center, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio o Power BI.
• Uso activo de herramientas de IA (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) aplicadas al trabajo diario.
