Syneos Health is seeking a Global Site Activation Manager for LATAM with 3–4 years of site activation leadership experience in a global CRO environment. You will drive SSU deliverables from site selection to activation, coordinating across functions to ensure regulatory compliance and on-time site activation.

You will mentor junior managers, manage timelines and budgets, and partner with cross-functional teams to optimize startup performance across Latin America.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; higher degree preferred.
• English advanced.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial processes across Phases II–IV and ICH GCP.
• Good understanding of clinical protocols and study specifications.
• Excellent understanding of clinical trial start-up processes.
• Project management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Good vendor management skills.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Quality-driven in all managed activities.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for customer-focused leadership and management of Site Start-Up (SSU) deliverables within country, region or globally.
• Directs technical and operational aspects of SSU deliverables for assigned projects.
• Ensure activation-ready study sites on time and on budget, compliant with regulations.
• Oversee all SSU activities from site selection through activation and life-cycle maintenance.
• Develop SSU timelines, report progress, and address risks to project team and sponsor.
• Mentor and oversee less experienced Site Activation Managers.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Alliance Management, Contracts, SSU Country Managers, PM, Clinical, Data Management and Medical Writing.
• Identify and evaluate issues related to Site Start-Up, regulatory pathways, patient enrollment and data interpretation.
• Ensure deliverables meet client expectations with accurate projections and updates.
• Maintain relationships with customers aligned with assigned projects.
• Ensure targets and client needs are met with high-quality services and compliant procedures.
• Oversee all start-up deliverables from site selection to life-cycle maintenance.
