About This Role:

Builds complex, large-scale client applications and distributed systems that collect, aggregate, transform, and distribute data for analysis. Senior roles involve designing, coordinating, and implementing product development initiatives, providing strategic leadership, and ensuring high-quality system capabilities. May serve as a technical consultant to other teams.

What You'll Do:

• Take responsibility for entire projects, including software design and meeting deadlines.
• Handle complex data structures and multi-threading.
• Reverse engineer software to collect user behavioral data (some roles).
• Mentor and train new team members.
• Potential limited external client interaction.

What You’ll Need:

• 1-3 years of coding experience with large data sets.
• Ability to collaborate across teams.
• Knowledge of protocols like COM, TCP/IP, HTTP; experience with J2ME or mobile OS, and reverse engineering (for some roles).
• Experience with multi-processing environments (Hadoop, GRID, MPI) and multi-threaded programming.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to learn and develop expertise.
• Ability to seek and give constructive feedback.
