BairesDev is seeking a Software Engineer specializing in GitLab CI to design and manage CI/CD pipelines, ensuring reliability and secure delivery across our remote global team.

You will work with engineering to standardize DevSecOps practices, optimize pipelines, and maintain high availability of the GitLab CI infrastructure while enjoying 100% remote work and flexible hours.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in DevOps, CI/CD, or Software Engineering.
• Proven expertise in implementing CI/CD and DevSecOps workflows on the GitLab platform.
• Proficiency in managing GitLab runners, designing complex pipelines, and optimizing build processes.
• Hands-on experience integrating security scanning and compliance tools into automated pipelines.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
