Alcor is seeking a Semi Senior Software Developer to join the payments integrations team. You will develop features on a modern .NET stack, maintain VB.NET legacy code, and ensure reliable payment gateway integrations with strong tests.

You’ll work on ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, and SQL Server 2022, with English proficiency required. This remote role offers a 3-month contract, potential extensions, and USD payments.

Qualifications

• Commercial experience with ASP.NET on .NET 9+.
• Hands-on experience with C# and legacy VB.NET codebases.
• Solid skills with SQL Server, ideally the 2022 version.
• Proven experience integrating more than one payment gateway.
• Experience designing and running integration tests.
• English level B2/C1 or higher.

The client is a global ticketing and fundraising platform that works with more than 2,100 organizations in 12 countries and processes over USD 5 million in ticket sales every day.

About the role

We are looking for a Software Developer to join the client's engineering team. You will build new features on a modern .NET stack and maintain legacy VB.NET code. A big part of the work is integrating and supporting multiple payment gateways and making those integrations reliable with solid integration testing.
