FullStack is looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our talent network for flexible, project-based development work with U.S. clients.

You will integrate into client teams and collaborate daily with designers and engineers to drive delivery and quality. You will bring 7+ years of software development experience with IT project leadership, advanced English, a four-year degree, and hands-on Jira/Confluence/Azure DevOps fluency.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software development with IT Technical Project Management and Agile/Scrum leadership.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree is required.
• Experience guiding software engineering teams through complex delivery cycles using Scrum and Kanban.
• Demonstrated experience with enterprise Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps.
• Track record of delivering complex software products on time.
• Ability to establish release management processes, sprint metrics, and executive status reporting.
• Hands-on Agile facilitation, backlog refinement, and scope management in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with cloud deployment pipelines and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

• Integrate directly into clients' teams and collaborate with designers and engineers daily.
• Lead Agile ceremonies and coordinate cross-functional delivery across projects.
• Identify bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of software products.
• Establish release planning, sprint metrics, and status reporting for stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to library development as needed.
