BairesDev is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to steer architecture, migration to Vercel, and scalable, secure platform growth. Lead hands‑on work with NestJS, Next.js, and TypeScript while guiding teams on best practices.

This 100% remote role offers flexible hours, USD or local currency compensation, and a collaborative, global engineering culture. You will influence technical direction and drive high‑impact initiatives across the platform.

Formación

• 8+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong expertise in NestJS and Next.js with TypeScript.
• Proven experience in system architecture design.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Experience deploying to serverless or PaaS environments.
• Experience with Vercel.
• Background with PostgreSQL.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
