Job summary

Infosys is seeking an experienced SAP Transportation Management (TM) and BN4L Lead Consultant for nearshore delivery with US time-zone overlap. You will lead design, configuration, integration, testing, and deployment across transportation and logistics processes for a US-based client.

The role requires 8-12+ years in SAP, with 5+ years in SAP TM and BN4L, and strong client-facing, workshop, and delivery capabilities. Hybrid/remote setup supported for nearshore teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum SAP TM experience with 8-12+ years, including 5+ years in SAP TM and BN4L contexts.
• Experience leading end-to-end SAP TM/BN4L rollout and implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, workshops, and design-to-delivery leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops for requirements, fit-gap, and solution design.
• Configure SAP TM processes (planning, units, orders, bookings, carrier selection, tendering).
• Define deployment of master data and planning profiles; manage rollout using global templates.
• Coordinate BN4L carrier onboarding, network config, tender collaboration, track-and-trace and document exchange.
• Lead integration design across SAP S/4HANA, EWM, SD, MM, FI/CO, BN4L, Project44 and EDI platforms.
