You will work remotely, contribute to RESTful APIs, testing with RSpec, and AWS deployments while collaborating with global Top 1% talent to deliver impactful solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on Ruby on Rails.
• Proven expertise in building and scaling monolithic and modular Rails applications.
• Strong proficiency with PostgreSQL or MySQL and ActiveRecord.
• Experience implementing background job processing using Sidekiq or Resque.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs and AWS deployment strategies.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

• Design and develop robust, scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails and best practices.
• Architect and optimize complex database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL or MySQL and ActiveRecord.
