Formación

• 5+ years of professional experience in Functional Quality Assurance for SaaS or enterprise apps.
• Experience testing via web-based graphical interfaces and billing workflows.
• Ability to design structured test plans covering end-to-end scenarios.
• Experience with REST API testing using Postman or similar tools.
• Strong SQL reading skills to verify data parity.
• Excellent documentation and defect-tracking practices.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Available to overlap with Pacific Time business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain functional test plans for SaaS billing and data integrations.
• Design scenarios for subscription lifecycles, invoices, and payments.
• Execute tests primarily through the platform's UI.
• Validate configurations and integrations across edge cases.
• Coordinate testing with platform admins and stakeholders.
• Document test cases, results, and defects with evidence.
• Perform regression testing to ensure no regressions in billing flows.
