Job summary

Ria Money Transfer, a fintech leader, is seeking a Sr QA Engineer to join our Santiago, Chile team. You will ensure the quality and reliability of our software products through rigorous testing and validation, covering mobile applications and web platforms.

The role calls for ownership of software quality across the development lifecycle, collaboration with cross-functional teams, release readiness, and clear quality reporting to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
• Minimum 5 years of Mobile App and Web Browser Testing experience.
• Banking/fintech domain experience preferred.
• Knowledge of C#, Python, Java, JavaScript, TestNG, Selenium.
• Database experience with MSSQL, MySQL, MariaDB.
• Familiar with Git, Azure, Postman; Elastic Stack, DataDog, LogRocket, Amplitude, Segment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills; English fluency.

Responsibilities

• Own software quality across the development lifecycle.
• Plan and execute manual and automated testing for mobile apps and web.
• Identify, prioritize, and analyze defects; drive preventive actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve quality.
• Validate release readiness and report quality status to stakeholders.
