BairesDev is hiring a Senior Python Data Engineer to build automated ETL/ELT pipelines from EMR/EHR sources into a centralized HIPAA‑compliant database. You’ll design scalable MySQL schemas and integrate with REST APIs, FHIR, and HL7 to accelerate healthcare data onboarding.
With 8+ years in data engineering and strong Python expertise, you’ll work remotely on global healthcare projects, using AI-assisted coding tools and modern libraries to deliver reliable pipelines for top clients around the
Formación
- 8+ years of data engineering experience with Python
- Hands-on experience with EMR/EHR data sources
- Strong MySQL schema design and query tuning
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON/XML, FHIR, HL7
- Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and code verification
- Excellent English communication skills
Responsabilidades
- Design and build automated ETL/ELT pipelines from EMR/EHR systems
- Load extracted data into a centralized HIPAA‑compliant database
- Design and tune MySQL schemas for performance and scalability
- Integrate with REST APIs and healthcare data standards (FHIR/HL7)
- Use AI-assisted coding tools as part of daily development workflow
- Troubleshoot and maintain pipelines as new sources are onboarded
