Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead and design enterprise-grade network infrastructures. You will drive performance, security, and reliability across global networks, mentoring teams and shaping operations with scalable architectures.

You’ll collaborate with security and infrastructure peers, advance network automation, and maintain comprehensive documentation while enjoying a fully remote work environment and competitive USD compensation.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Strong expertise in routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
• Extensive experience with network security, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of network architecture, performance optimization, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Advanced level of English.
