BairesDev is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to lead network infrastructure initiatives, ensuring performance, security, and reliability for enterprise networks. You will design scalable architectures, mentor teams, and set the standard for network operations excellence.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in network engineering.
• Expertise in routing and switching with BGP, OSPF, and MPLS.
• Extensive experience with security, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
• Proven ability to lead projects and mentor engineers.
• Strong understanding of network architecture and troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement complex network solutions including routing, switching, and security infrastructure.
• Lead technical decisions and guide network architecture and operations.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers in networking best practices.
• Optimize network performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams for reliability and scalability.
• Drive network automation initiatives and maintain documentation.

• Deep understanding of network architecture, performance optimization, and troubleshooting methodologies.
• Advanced level of English.
