Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Golang & RESTful API Engineer to design and implement high-performance backend systems and scalable microservices. You will optimize concurrency, ensure reliability, and enable seamless integration across services.

You will work with SQL and NoSQL data stores, containerized deployments, and cloud platforms while collaborating with a global Top 1% engineering community. This 100% remote role offers flexible hours and competitive USD compensation.

Qualifications

5+ years of software engineering focused on Go development.
Strong RESTful API and microservices design experience.
Proven concurrency and distributed systems experience.
Hands-on with SQL and NoSQL data stores.
Familiar with testing, containers, and cloud deployment.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain scalable microservices and backend architectures using Go.
Create and optimize high-throughput RESTful APIs for service integration.
Implement efficient concurrency patterns for distributed systems.
Develop and manage data models with SQL/NoSQL stores.
Ensure reliability and scalability via containerization and cloud workflows.
