Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to own features end to end, including agent and skill integrations, and to build RAG pipelines and backend APIs. You will integrate LLMs, evaluate agent behavior, and develop frontends with React and TypeScript in a 100% remote, globally distributed team.

The role emphasizes collaboration with senior engineers, strong expertise in Python and LLM tooling, and a commitment to secure, scalable AI solutions across structured and unstructured data.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Python.
• Experience with LLM integration and RAG pipelines.
• Experience with LLM evaluation.
• Experience with AWS.
• Frontend experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with vector search and embedding strategies.
• Experience with container orchestration and microservices.
• Strong prompt engineering skills.
• CI/CD and observability practices.
• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own features end to end, including agent and skill integrations, RAG pipelines, and API services.
• Integrate LLMs and build RAG pipelines over structured and unstructured data.
• Evaluate agent behavior against golden datasets and offline evaluation frameworks.
• Build and maintain frontend interfaces using React with TypeScript.
• Collaborate with a Staff or Principal engineer to surface blockers and unblock others.
