Senior Design Systems Lead — Remote Multi-Brand Architect

Blacksmith Agency LLC; Santiago; Híbrido; CLP 88.409.000 - 117.878.000; Jornada completa

Descripción de la vacante

Blacksmith Agency LLC in remote Latin America seeks a Design Systems Lead who owns how client design systems are built. You translate a brand and reference sites into a working system: tokens, variables, modes, and core components a build pipeline can execute without questions.

This is a senior, systems-first role—no one-off pages or maintenance. You stand up new systems quickly and enforce rigor across multiple client brands.

Formación

• 4+ years designing for the web with real design system work in portfolio.
• Fluency in Figma variables, components, auto layout, and variants; architecture beyond tidy files.
• A portfolio showing client-brand variation with the same underlying rigor.
• Strong English and overlap with US business hours.

Responsabilidades

• Build token architecture in Figma using variables, modes, and semantic naming accessible by pipelines.
• Ship core component libraries that hold up across entire sites, not just homepages.
• Document the system so developers or pipelines can execute it without questions.
• Work across several client brands at once with consistent structure.
