Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate (SrCRA) to oversee site monitoring across multiple phases, with oncology expertise. The role requires independence, the ability to travel internationally, and collaboration with LST/LSAD in ensuring study conduct meets ICH-GCP and AZ SOPs.

The SrCRA will initiate, monitor, and close sites, maintain CTMS/ISF, coordinate with Investigators and site staff, and ensure timely SAE follow-ups.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of monitoring experience in clinical trials.
• Specialized oncology therapeutic area knowledge.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
• Valid driving license is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead site monitoring and start-up activities across study phases.
• Collaborate with Local Study Team and LSAD to ensure study commitments.
• Serve as main site contact; ensure proper monitoring delivery and compliance.
• Prepare initiation, monitoring, and closure visits and CTMS updates.
• Ensure timely data reporting, site quality, and regulatory document handling.
• Support LSAD and QA processes during audits and inspections.
