Blend360 is a premier AI services provider unlocking value through data science, AI, and technology. We seek a Senior Campaign Data Analyst with strong Python and SQL skills to analyze large campaign datasets, support campaign strategy, and deliver insights through dashboards and reports.

You will own end-to-end campaign operations, build audiences, and ensure data quality across multiple sources.

Formación

• 5+ years of Python data analysis and advanced SQL experience.
• Experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, etc.).
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, validation, and QA.
• Hands-on experience with email and digital marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of marketing data, audience segmentation, targeting, and data flows.
• Excellent attention to detail and data quality assurance.
• Ability to understand business context and data mappings.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform advanced data analysis to support campaigns and optimize performance.
• Analyze customer, prospect, audience, and campaign data to identify trends.
• Conduct complex campaign performance analyses to inform strategy.
• Own end-to-end campaign operations from audience selection to reporting.
• Build and optimize marketing audiences across multiple data sources.
• Create dashboards and reports monitoring KPIs and engagement.
• Develop reusable SQL queries and Python scripts to automate reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate objectives into analytical solutions.
• Ensure data quality and QC processes across data sources.
