BairesDev is seeking a senior backend engineer to design and implement scalable Node.js architectures and lead technical decisions. You will mentor junior developers and contribute to backend development best practices.

Develop high-performance apps, implement microservices and cloud-native solutions, and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality. This role offers 100% remote work and competitive compensation in USD or local currency.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Node.js backend development.
• Strong expertise in Node.js ecosystem and advanced backend architecture.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, Express.js, and modern Node.js frameworks.
• Experience with microservices, distributed systems, and cloud platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of database design and optimization techniques.
• Advanced level of English.
