EPAM Systems is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to lead test automation efforts across UI, API, and integration tests in a Chile-based role. You will architect automation patterns, champion shift-left practices, and ensure CI/CD quality gates with scalable test suites.

You will mentor mid-level and junior QE teammates, collaborate with product and delivery leadership, and support release readiness for enterprise systems.

Formación

• 3+ years in Quality Engineering or Test Automation, with senior QE experience.
• Experience with frontend and backend architectures.
• Experience integrating automation into CI/CD workflows and test data handling.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with enterprise-scale platforms.
• English proficiency B2 or higher.

Responsabilidades

• Establish automation architecture, design patterns and best practices
• Guarantee scalable, maintainable and performant test suites
• Champion the adoption of shift-left testing methodologies
• Set up quality gates within CI/CD pipelines
• Build and manage UI, API and integration test suites
• Develop test strategies for intricate user journeys and system integrations
• Manage test data and coordinate environment orchestration
• Oversee code reviews for automation codebases
• Reduce flaky tests and enhance the reliability of test execution
• Coach and guide mid-level and junior Quality Engineers
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Delivery leadership on release readiness
