ServiceRocket seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager to own Atlassian delivery engagements, overseeing timeline, budget, resources, and risk across accounts. You’ll govern Jira Plans, align business outcomes with technical execution, and partner with delivery, product, and customer stakeholders to maximize margins.

You will drive governance standards, lead regular status reviews, and ensure accurate forecasting, risk mitigation, and scalable PMO practices in a fast-growing, globally

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in project management or delivery management within IT consulting or professional services.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Atlassian ACP-620 or ACP-120 certification (or commitment to complete within 6 months).
• Demonstrated track record managing financial KPIs (EGM, OTD, and utilization) on multi‑consultant engagements.
• Proven experience using Jira Plans as the primary delivery governance tool.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operational health of Atlassian delivery engagements: timeline, scope, resources, budget, and customer outcomes.
• Build, maintain, and govern the Jira Plan for each engagement; track milestones and surface risks early.
• Lead weekly status reporting, steering committee updates, and QBR preparation; manage health dashboard across the portfolio.
• Manage scope changes, negotiate trade-offs with clients, and drive change orders to protect margin.
• Coordinate escalation for project-level issues across delivery, product, and customer stakeholders.
