Qualifications

• Native-level written and spoken Spanish with fluent English.
• Showreel/portfolio of scripted and unscripted videos; social links accepted.
• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Design, Communication, or related field.
• Experience writing video scripts.
• Social media content creation across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging, original video content about life, culture, events, trends in Santiago for Secret Media Network’s platforms.
• Cover events, attractions, openings, and local stories in Santiago.
• Lead end-to-end social-first video production for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and others.
• Monitor performance and use insights to improve content strategies.
• Appear on camera for interviews and audience-focused storytelling.
• Keep up with social media trends and audience behavior to optimize content.
