The successful candidate will lead key accounts, drive sales innovation, and manage various projects for growth and profitability. Candidates should have a strong background in sales management, project oversight, and excellent relationship-building skills.

Formación

  • 10 years' experience in Sales.
  • Native Spanish and fluent in English; Portuguese is highly desired.
  • Solid project management skills to oversee concurrent projects.

The Sales Account Manager FM South Latam will be responsible for: (1) Lead the Key Accounts' in South Latam, focusing on running the business, managing contracts, operation, decisions and guarantee the profitability of the results; (2) Create new business across the region, becoming a Solution Selling leader, driven by innovation, focused on Sustainability, new opportunities and market expansion; (3) Drive pipeline growth by supporting the other teams mobilize cross functional areas to drive the customer’s needs.

Key responsibilities include:

● Lead the key customers in the various situations, becoming the key contact for the whole organization regarding the client.

● Drive the sales team on innovation, solution selling and sustainability in the new projects.

● Responsible for some internal training and workshops.

● Strong mindset on building good relationships showing and transmitting the reliability to our customers.

● Participate at the product committee, focusing on support and innovation.

● Coordinate the Sales Funnel in Salesforce.

● Follow up the projects with the other areas, organizing the samples status and providing the technical information.

● Optimize the opportunities for growth of chocolate and compound portfolios solutions.

● Drive performance of the chocolate and compound portfolios through customer differentiation and sales contribution, leverage the breadth and depth to build value and drive market growth in line with BCs strategies within the region.

● Work with the marketing leads, regional CI & TS leads and Sales managers to highlight gaps in the portfolio.

● Ensure pricing strategies are aligned with technology sales contribution expectations and address issues.

● Partner with regional sales teams to support the execution of pricing strategy.

● Provide market feedback on pricing to include market trends, customer and competitor insights.

Project Management Activities:

● Responsible for the new projects in his/her key accounts, in order to leverage the current potential and unlock new opportunities.

● Lead the RACI Matrix in order to guarantee that all the areas will deliver their steps / activities in time.

● Responsible for reporting the timeline, objectives, phases and constrains of the projects

● Responsible for doing the follow ups and calibrating the projects’ deadline.

About you:

● Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or similar.

● Relevant qualification, certification or equivalent practical experience with Microsoft Office, SAP and Sales Force.

● Native in Spanish and fluent in English.

● Portuguese is highly desired.

● 10 years’ experience in Sales.

● Solid project management and organizational skills to oversee/deliver concurrent projects/work streams.

● Demonstrated experience in using Sales Force.

● Demonstrated ability to understand audience requirements and develop targeted and appropriate communication.
