A healthcare provider in San Antonio, Chile, is looking for a Respiratory Therapist to provide comprehensive respiratory care services across all age groups. The ideal candidate will hold an Associate's degree, current RRT credential, and BLS certification. This role involves ensuring effective respiratory care service delivery following physician guidelines and maintaining positive relations with patients and colleagues.
Provides full range of respiratory care services to patients of University Health. Provides care to any age group from neonatal to geriatric as evidenced by the skill/competency check-offs. Ensures the prompt and proficient provisions of respiratory-related duties in accordance with physician directives. Complies with departmental and University Health's policies and procedures and maintains good public and working relations.
Associate’s degree, or higher, with a current Registered Respiratory Therapist credential (RRT) by the National Board of Respiratory Care and active Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) with the Texas State Board of Health is required. Graduate Therapist must obtain their RRT within 90 days of employment. Current BLS certification is mandatory.
